Andrew and Annie are the most perfect kind of couple – two genuinely wonderful people who fell in love. They are sweet, caring and kind, and, like it tends to happen in most such cases, they aren’t the kind of people who love the camera or posing too much. This is why this pre-wedding shoot was such a lovely experience and such a needed element of their wedding journey. Spending this sunny afternoon with Andrew and Annie helped us get to know them better, see which angles and types of photographs they liked, and prepare for their amazing wedding day. London summer was kind to us that afternoon and we couldn’t have wished for lovelier clients to spend it with!
In my ‘Perfect Engagement Shoot in 6 Simple Steps‘ article, I mentioned the importance of choosing a location that makes you feel at ease. Andrew and Annie chose Ruskin Park for their engagement photos, as it is meaningful to their relationship. Despite us all struggling with the crazy heat that suddenly descended upon London on that day, the session turned out beautifully!
Here’s the sweet message Annie sent us after the session:
“Despite the scorching heat (!) you did such a great job putting us at ease; it is so obvious why you are so highly regarded – thank you!”
